Axiom Diagnostic is a firm specializing in building investigation and technical diagnostics.
We intervene when a problem needs to be localized, understood or documented: infiltration, moisture, building envelope, thermal performance, roofing, concrete slabs, electrical systems or mechanical equipment.
Our role is not to perform a general building inspection. We focus our expertise on specific problems that require observations, measurements, testing and targeted analysis.
This specialized approach is complemented by the Building Condition Assessment (BCA), which provides a broader view to identify a building's main issues and better prioritize interventions.

At Axiom Diagnostic, we believe that a thorough understanding of a building is the prerequisite for any informed decision — whether it involves a targeted repair, a major renovation, a real estate transaction or a dispute.
